Hello ADU proposes a panel discussion to bring attention to Santa Cruz County's ADU Technical Assistance Incentive Program in partnership with Hello Housing, an affordable housing nonprofit that specializes in infill development. The panel will consist of the Program's Senior Construction Project Manager, Planning and Building Department officials, County officials experienced in permitting requirements for septic, and a financing expert from Bay Federal Credit Union, amongst possible others. Hopefully the panel can be moderated by Elaine Johnson again, as it was a great success last year and we can reuse the marketing graphics.
