The DCNSCC May meeting’s guest speaker will be longtime affordable housing advocate Sibley Simon, who will update the progress on the 100% affordable project (4575 Scotts Valley Drive) and discuss the challenges developers face producing 100% projects including financing, approval processes, construction costs.
