Laz Meiman

Laz Meiman is an advocate and writer focused on affordable and equitable housing  and progressive politics. As a former UCSC student and 2025 intern with Housing Santa Cruz County, and a member of the UCSC Student Housing Coalition, Meiman has advocated for policies like the Workforce Housing Solutions Act (Measure C), and served as UCSC campus campaign coordinator for Measure C. He also Participated in events such as the March to End Homelessness in 2025.
